How to Donate:
We always encourage you to first check with local shelters, children's homes, daycares, and/or Boys and Girls Clubs in your area before sending costumes to us. If you cannot find a local need we will gladly accept and share your costumes with children around the world!
Please think QUALITY over QUANTITY...at this time we do not have the capacity to accept damaged, stained, and/or incomplete costumes.
1. Gather your items
Our most needed items are:
Children/Adult Costumes ( ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical only)
Children/Adult NEW Tights (new only)
2. Fill out the donation form on this page
Once, complete it will generate your tax receipt and our mailing address. At this time, donors are responsible for shipping expenses
3. Consider giving a small monetary donation to Traveling Tutus to help us ship dancewear around the world
4. Pack up your donation
5. Drop off at the post office (or use the shipping provider of your choice) and mail to our headquarters in Central Florida (34744)
*If you have 10 items or less feel free to take advantage of our local drop off locations. Visit travelingtutus.org/dropoff to see if there is a location near you!
Due to the high volume of donations received, we are unable to confirm when donations arrive to us. Rather, we will contact you if we do not receive your donation. Thank you for your understanding.
LARGE DELIVERIES: If you have a large donation that needs to be shipped via freight/pallet please contact us before sending
Plan Ahead: Traveling Tutus' receiving department closes each summer from June 1- July 31 for a brief collection break. Please make necessary plans to ship your donation by June 1st. We will resume accepting donations again on August 1st :)
